Refund Policy - the basics

    • Refunds will be considered only for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

    • Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, perishable goods, or digital downloads, may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Partial Refunds

    • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged, defective, or returned late.

  4. How to Request a Refund

    • Customers must contact Dakota Farm Co LLC directly through the designated contact method (e.g., email  DakotafarmCoLLC@gmail.com ) to request a refund.

    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, may be required.

  5. Processing Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  6. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  7. Exchanges
